Beach Clean-up - Sunday December 7th, Bluff Cove

We had a great turnout with over 20 people both young and old joining the Cove Collective in removing trash from our treasured coastline. We started the effort with freshly roasted coffee provided by our friends at Beach City Coffee and a beautiful view from the top of the Bluff Cove Trail. We collected over 40 lbs of trash in 90 minutes of picking. The worst offenders - dog poop in plastic bags. This is a friendly reminder to leave no trace when enjoying our natural resources. Dog poop in a bag does not biodegrade and instead will sit there scaring our landscape for years. Thank you to Beach City Coffee and all the families that came out to support a cleaner environment.
